Use your phone to scan all your games. They will be waiting for you by the time you get back to your computer with pictures and even suggest prices.

Steps

Export your listings by following the directions on BGG under Export Listings here.

You'll receive a geekmail when your export is ready (usually under a minute depending on how many games you have).

Go to your geekmail inbox (envelope at the top right of the BGG menu bar or click here).

Open the geekmail message (subject "GeekMarket Export Complete"), click on the export link, and save the file to your computer.

Upload the marketplace_listings.csv file below.

Steps

Go to boardgamegeek.com (not the native mobile app).

In the top right corner, click your account icon, then click Collection.

Near the top right, click on Download board games: (all | owned). Either one will work. We will only import ones you own.

You'll receive a geekmail when your export is ready (usually under a minute depending on how many games you have).

Go to your geekmail inbox (envelope at the top right of the BGG menu bar or click here).

Open the geekmail message (subject "Collection Export Complete"), click on the export link, and save the file to your computer.

Upload the collection.csv file below.

Homemade spreadsheet

Import your custom spreadsheet.

Steps

Rename your columns to match the ones below as necessary (save a copy first if you don't want to edit your original). It's OK to keep other columns that are not relevant.

Columns we need:

name (required)

Name of the game.

condition (optional)

You may use any of the designations below. The safest, most reliable designation is the number code.

Export your spreadsheet as CSV and save it on your computer somewhere.

Export an eBay report of your listings and upload them here.

Steps

Sign in to eBay.

At the top right, click Sell to get to your seller hub.

Click on Reports and select Downloads.

Click the Download report button.

For "Source" select Listings. For "Type" select All active listings or Unsold listings.
If you want both, you'll need to repeat the report process for each.

Click Download.

After a few seconds, your file will be downloaded with a file name that looks like eBay-all-active-listings-report-2026-04-22-12345678901.

Board Game Stats app

Import games you own from your BGStats collection.

Mark the games that you own in the app. Then export your "owned" games from the BGStats app and upload them here.

Mark which games you own

In the app, tap on Games at the bottom.

Tap Edit at the top left.

Select all the games you own.

Tap Status… at the bottom.

Tap Owned repeatedly until it turns green.

Tap Save changes.

Tap at the top left.

Import steps

In the app, tap on Overview at the bottom left.

Tap on on the top left.

Tap on Export, import and backup.

Tap on Mail or share Export.

Save the file. It will be named BGStatsExport.json.

Upload the BGStatsExport.json file below.
