All payments are processed in United States dollars.

You authorize Turnip Cake to charge your selected payment method for applicable platform fees.

All platform transaction fees are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Turnip Cake may modify its fee structure or policies at any time.

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than its intended marketplace functionality.

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent their identity or impersonate another person
• Misrepresent the condition, authenticity, ownership, or availability of any item
• List items they do not own or have the right to sell
• Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or policies
• Collect user information for unsolicited communication
• Use the Services for illegal purposes

Turnip Cake reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

• monitor the Services for violations of these Terms
• remove listings or accounts that violate policies
• restrict or terminate user access
• take legal action where appropriate

Turnip Cake reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, remove, edit, or disable any listing or account at its sole discretion.

Listings may be removed if they:

• violate these Terms
• involve prohibited items
• appear misleading or fraudulent
• present risk to the platform or its users

Turnip Cake does not guarantee that all listings will be monitored or reviewed.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

Turnip Cake may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior on the platform.

Users whose accounts are terminated may not create new accounts under different identities.

Turnip Cake may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for at least 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will take place in California, United States.

Disputes must be resolved individually and not through class action.

Any claim must be brought within one year.

Turnip Cake reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies on the Services at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Turnip Cake makes no guarantees regarding:

• the accuracy of listings
• the condition of items
• the reliability of users

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnip Cake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Turnip Cake’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $100 or the amount paid by you to Turnip Cake during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turnip Cake from any claims arising from:

• your use of the Services
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of another person’s rights

Turnip Cake may maintain certain data related to your use of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of data.

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically.

Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Turnip Cake regarding use of the Services.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Turnip Cake operates solely as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of board games.

Turnip Cake does not own, sell, inspect, store, ship, or deliver any items listed on the platform.

All transactions occur directly between users, and users are responsible for verifying the condition, authenticity, and legality of items exchanged.

Turnip Cake does not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of listings.

Users assume all risk when arranging meetings or completing transactions.

Turnip Cake does not guarantee that transactions between users will be successfully completed and does not enforce agreements between users.

Any communications or interactions between users occurring outside the Services are conducted entirely at the users’ own risk.

Turnip Cake is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from transactions or interactions between users.
